Part 4: #111 today, and what's left to do.
Tionesta Valley Railroad #111 Caboose

As Tionesta Valley Caboose #111 sits today, most of the exterior (except the cupola) is complete. A coat of primer under two coats of glossy red paint will protect this piece for many years to come. This winter, the cupola will be rebuilt and the interior siding will be stabilized and painted. Also, a rubberized seamless roofing material will be used to  make the caboose watertight.  Finally, the shop trucks will be replaced with reproduction arch-bar trucks to match the long missing originals. (Does anyone know where we might  find an old set of 3 foot gauge arch-bar trucks??)
